Our high energy and positive approach focuses community energy on unique assets and challenges, leading to greater cooperation among all citizens around common interests. We regularly provide training, strategic planning and organization development services which build partnerships and guide the management of complex community revitalization initiatives. Highlight: City of Schenectady Projects

River Street designed the Schenectady 2020 Vision Plan to reinforce Schenectady as a vibrant urban community; updated the Schenectady Zoning Ordinance to focus on protecting a diverse array of neighborhoods with distinct character, challenges and opportunities; and, as a partner to IBI Group, helped to develop a plan for the Transit Gateway on Schenectady’s lower State Street.
